Office A-101
A headquarters for the company’s new scale

About the project
BLANK developed the design for A101’s new headquarters at Prokshino Business Center. The main task was to bring the rapidly growing team together in one flexible environment, support a hybrid work format, and allow for the company’s further growth. The office is designed for 702 workstations and includes meeting rooms, lounge areas, Zoom booths, kitchens, and coffee points. The project was delivered on a tight schedule: the fit-out progressed in parallel with the completion of the business center, and the move-in began just one month after the building was commissioned.

The idea
BLANK approached the office as a flexible system designed not only to accommodate employees, but also to improve the quality of interaction between teams. At the core of the planning concept is the ability to choose different working modes depending on the task - from focused individual work to meetings, discussions, and informal communication. The floor plan is organized around three functional zones. Workstations, private offices, and meeting rooms are placed along the perimeter, next to the windows. The central area brings together kitchens, coffee points, staircases, and booths for individual video calls. The executive zone combines private offices with a transformable space for meetings, presentations, and team gatherings. This approach made it possible to build flexibility into the office from the start. As the company continued to grow, the space began to evolve with it: through targeted adjustments to the lounge areas, additional workstations were introduced.

The interior
The headquarters interior is built around clean graphics, a nuanced use of color, and a combination of different textures. BLANK created a calm monochrome working environment in light grey tones, complemented by warmer lounge areas. The central core is defined by deeper hues and finished with wooden panels. The project incorporates colors from A101’s brand book, with each floor assigned its own accent - red, green, or blue. Color supports the company’s identity while also helping users navigate the large office space. The graphic character of the interior is emphasized by bright details, partition profiles, and hardware. BLANK paid particular attention to acoustic and engineering comfort. The office includes sound-insulating partitions, soft carpet flooring, acoustic panels, an air humidification system, and automated building
