MOUNT Business Center
Moscow, Borovskoe Highway, 2

About
BLANK designed the MOUNT business space in western Moscow, in the Solntsevo district. The project is being developed by Forma and approved by Moscomarchitektura. A 20-story building, 90 meters tall, will rise on the site, featuring underground parking, panoramic glazing, and a rich public infrastructure. MOUNT continues the large-scale urban development in the area, with the nearby residential cluster «Meshchersky Les» already completed.
Concept
MOUNT’s architecture is inspired by the natural geometry of a cliff — a stable and expressive element of the landscape. Vertical facade lines, cascading downward volumes, and clean forms create a dynamic and concise silhouette. The design reflects the dialogue between urban space and nature, establishing a new landmark in Solntsevo.
Facades
The facade combines aluminum cassette panels, semi-structural glazing, and decorative louvers. Together, these elements evoke the natural forms of rock formations. The visual tapering towards the top lightens the building’s appearance, while semi-structural glazing emphasizes verticality, provides panoramic views of Meshchersky forest, and maximizes natural light in office spaces.
Layouts
MOUNT offers 26,236 sq. m of office space, designed for modern flexibility and adaptability to various tenants. The building includes terrace units, double-height lobbies, coworking spaces, a fitness club, premium offices, and cafes. The lower floors feature over 3,000 sq. m of restaurants and retail, along with an event space and amphitheater. Advanced engineering systems include chiller-fan coil climate control, localized temperature regulation, air disinfection, smart elevator and facility management, and more. Parking for 149 cars and bike infrastructure ensure a modern and convenient environment for tenants. The reception area features relaxation and personal care rooms, plus a courier zone.
Landscape and Amenities
MOUNT is complemented by the landscaped Hills Park, offering walking paths, recreation zones with swings, a children’s playground, and outdoor furniture. Planting includes conifers, lilacs, apple trees, and meadow grasses. These elements create both a professional and recreational environment, supporting mental and physical well-being.
