Construction of GEOLOG2 business center

Working with a 360-degree project: BLANK for the EcoPark Mall in MurinoThe new facility has become a center of attraction in an established residential location. It is also an island of greenery that will delight residents even in winter.To lead people to the services and stores they need in the shopping center, we developed an efficient and intuitive navigation system. The work on this system was carried out in parallel with our creation of interiors and corporate identity for the facility. Navigation media are an important part of the identity and convenient reference points for visitors. An integrated approach to branding the project and its visual realization allowed us to achieve a seamless effect in the visitors&#39; journey at all stages of interaction with it.

Working with a 360 degree project: BLANK for EcoPark Mall

A large-scale resort “Luchi” will be opened on the Black Sea coast, near the sandy beaches of Demete in Anapa. The project will include hotels of three brands, including Azimut and Cosmos, 4* apartment complexes, a shopping center and a separate parking lot. The total area of “Luchi” will amount to 318.7 thousand sq.m. For the facades of the buildings, united by the territory with the author&#39;s landscape, BLANK has provided solutions associated with the natural environment and history of the place. The architecture of hotels, apartments and parking lot is based on the images of cypresses, ancient Greek columns, clouds and sea foam. Within the framework of the landscape project there will be places for recreation, playgrounds for children, a special aquaplay zone, routes for walking along the landscaped embankment, as well as a “Sculpture Garden” with art objects by modern artists. It is planned to complete the realization of the resort complex in 2027.

For the lobbies of the Seliger City residential complex buildings, we realized the idea of famous artists and discoverers in the interiors. Each lobby got its own unique character: by using reproductions of authors in the design of wall panels and recognizable motifs of places discovered by travelers.The main task of the project was to create a comfortable transition zone between the active urban environment and a cozy home, as well as to connect with the concept of the complex architecture. All interiors are united by a laconic color scheme, design textural elements. Each lobby has a functional for residents&#39; comfort: a lounge, rooms for storing strollers and bicycles, a postal correspondence area. Now the developer Sminex is actively working on the underground levels, where the parking lot of the clubhouse will be located.In July, the framework of two underground levels was formed on the site, concreting of the foundation slab and water supply networks were completed. We present to you our projects in the field of hotel construction and resort complexes. We will take a closer look at some of the most striking examples.

Azimut Group Hotel in Magadan: a chamber hotel of 4* category. For the low-rise complex we designed an aesthetic volume with panoramic glazing and unusual color of facades.

Hotel complex AGOY SUN VILLAGE in Agoy village, Krasnodar Territory: a 4* and 5* category complex with wellness component. Its architecture is inspired by the rocky natural surroundings, and the location of the buildings allows you to see everything without being in plain sight.

Mercure Hotel in Moscow: we created interiors for the rooms of the 5* hotel in the historical center based on the color scheme of the surroundings. Blue and blue shades echo the pipes of HPP-2, rich scarlet is in tune with the Krasny Oktyabr factory and the Kropotkinskaya lobby. The art in the design refers to the proximity of the Pushkin Museum.

Maysky Hotel Complex, Krasnodar Region: inspiring hotel and villas on the Black Sea coast. We designed the new volumes while preserving the natural landscape and rare plant species on the site. This is architecture for contemplation and peace, complemented by a colorful component for family vacations.

Brosco Mall 2, Khabarovsk: the second phase of the shopping center on the banks of the Amur River includes a concept hotel with an operating roof, where we designed a complete public space with inspiring views.

BLANK became the curator of CAMP "Feast" at the festival "Archstoyanie 2024"

The business center GEOLOG2, which is being built on Obrucheva Street under the BLANK project, completed the zero cycle of works. The developer Hutton Development erected 4 levels of underground parking with a total area of 7 thousand square meters. There will be 162 parking spaces for residents and guests of the center. The project commissioning is scheduled for 2026. Very soon the building will begin to acquire unique features of its architecture. Let us remind you that the basis of the project idea, as well as for GEOLOG business center, is the image of “tectonic shift”. The displacement of the building volumes relative to each other gives the silhouette of the object a unique appearance.

For the rebranding of the PIK shopping and entertainment complex in St. Petersburg, we proposed a solution that emphasized the global renovation of the project&#39;s interiors and concept, while at the same time referring to the project&#39;s recognizable corporate identity. One of the main requirements of the client was to preserve the existing logo and integrate it into the new identity.PIK shopping mall is an object for different people. Passionate, sporty, open, curious, creative, special. It was the logo that gave birth to the concept of the new identity. Having dismantled it into details, we got graphic style-forming elements. We also picked a new color palette and chose a friendly and simple font. The corporate identity of the project was scaled in the iconography of navigation and maps, directory design, offline and online media through which the object interacts with visitors.

Active construction of a business center under the Blank project is underway on Obrucheva Street in Moscow. The club house with Blank architecture from the developer Sminex is distinguished not only by its exquisite classical look. “Obydensky No. 1” is located in a unique location: a stone&#39;s throw away from historical mansions, the Pushkin Museum and the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Business & Design Dialogue 2024 Forum

On May 24 at ARCH Moscow we presented the study “Tomorrow will come today 2.0”.5 years ago, the study was published, which became the basis and inspiration for the design of modern housing. In 2024, we invited CMWP, developers and a professional sociologist to participate in updating the data.In version 2.0, we presented a new reading of our manifesto: we updated some principles, revised others, and saw new trends. What we found in the first version of the manifesto intuitively, but based on the foundation of research, allowed us to form a new vision of the concept of residential real estate. We proposed to customers, discussed, took into account their opinions and vision, analyzed relevant experience of other companies. An idea is always a little more lofty than reality, it draws new horizons and allows us to expand the boundaries of thinking. Nevertheless, much of what was proposed in the 2019 manifesto for the future has now either become the norm or is present in individual projects.These include elements of beautification and navigation, the expansion of commercial areas and the organization of public spaces, a focus on comfort and sustainable housing, and the creation of neighbourliness and mutual support. Research “Tomorrow Will Come Today 2.0” at ARCH Moscow

Blank company will present an interactive installation at the annual international exhibition of architecture and design ARCH Moscow, created in the concept of the event: PAIN. We aim to show how architecture can be not only beautiful, but also functional and useful for humans. Our stand is a labyrinth where visitors can interact with architecture, immerse themselves in its details. Columns symbolizing ancient pillars and modern high-rise buildings invite to tactile interaction. Inside the stand there is a lecture hall where you can learn more about the company, get acquainted with the architectural layout and project documentation. Of particular importance is a certain vantage point, which visitors have to find on their own. It is from this point that the deep meaning of the installation is revealed. A new GastroPark food hall opened in the EkoPark shopping and entertainment center in Murino. We developed the concept of the building&#39;s facades, as well as carried out a full range of works to create the interiors of the shopping gallery and foodhall, including working documentation and author&#39;s supervision of implementation. The GastroPark food hall is a large space with a glazed facade, well-lit and maintaining visual contact with the surroundings. Functionally, the gastronomic cluster is divided into two zones. The main space with mezzanines, an art object and a stage for events is dedicated to restaurants and is designed for long stays of visitors. The breakfast area, supports the to go concept and will be convenient for a quick breakfast on the run. The design makes abundant use of natural natural textures in warm colors. In the food hall zone, wood dominates in the elements of decoration and a large amount of greenery is used. The concept emphasizes the brand of the shopping and entertainment center “EcoPark”, which is based on proximity to nature and care for visitors. The total area of the shopping and entertainment center “EcoPark” is 25,000 sq. m., the area of public spaces, including a gastronomic cluster of 1,450 sq. m., is 5,328 sq. m. The construction of the second stage of the shopping and entertainment center is planned in the future.

In recent years, we have implemented several public space concepts for MR Group&#39;s projects. Among them are author&#39;s lobby interiors in the large-scale residential complexes Metropolia and Seliger City. Redesign Home portal highlighted them in a fresh review of chic lobby interiors. In each residential complex we have built original images in different concepts. For Seliger City, the basis of the interior idea was inspiring personalities: artists and pioneers, whose names the buildings are named after. In the interiors we used reproductions of paintings, characteristic prints and elements referring to travels and discoveries. In Metropolia, the lobby of each building reflects the style and spirit of one of the world&#39;s capitals. Once at home, residents are simultaneously transported to the atmosphere of Stockholm, Vienna, Venice or St. Petersburg with the help of characteristic shades and shapes referring to the architecture of the cities.

Tactile surfaces and natural harmonious shades ensure that the interiors blend in with the mall&#39;s surroundings: it is located opposite the entrance to Kuzminki Park. In the design of the spaces we used stone and wood textures, in the color palette we adhered to a laconic palette, and bright green accents highlight the food court and recreation areas. The Hi-Light, a <a target="_blank" rel="noopener" href="http://blankarchitects.ru/projects/high-line-department-store">large-scale fashion department store of Russian designers</a>, opened in one of the largest shopping centers in Ekaterinburg, Greenwich. There are presented many Russian brands: Around, Brevno, Novaya, PENNYMANNY and others.Blank Architects has completed the interior of the new fashionable place. The space is visually divided into three parts. Furniture groups, shelves and brand logos are integrated into the walls and columns.The striking design elements are the entrance portals in the shape of triangles. The lighting emphasizes the geometry of the floor, while the shapes of the lamps are laconic and minimalist.Custom-made faux stone and metal furniture comes in orange, brick and gray tones.Hi-Light is planning to host educational and thematic events, and the place claims to be a new point of attraction in Ekaterinburg.

Vitruvius' famous and important triad for architects is usefulness, durability and beauty. In modern realities, I think we should add economy to it.

&quot;Architecture today must necessarily correspond to the place: we create objects in the existing context, oriented towards the surrounding buildings and the functions laid down by the developer. To be in context for an architectural object means that it already benefits and shapes the right urban environment.The desire to benefit should guide every stage of an architect&#39;s work, whether it is a master plan, a landscaping project or the selection of an architectural detail. Of course, the very concept of &quot;usefulness&quot; is subjective and can be evaluated in different ways. For example, an art object in the urban environment can be a significant dominant feature, participate in the formation of the overall appearance of the space or act as a navigation element. But its usefulness will be read differently by people with different backgrounds: some will appreciate its aesthetics, others will have questions about its appearance and location, and last but not least, the &quot;usefulness&quot; of an object is judged by the amount of investment it requires.There are also examples of useless architecture in history that are particularly noticeable in the time, function and era of the building. For example, village clubs were once very useful, but now they are abandoned or closed. The same fate befell old department stores in small towns and water towers. In Moscow, such objects are treated with great attention and returned to the context of the city, giving them new &quot;usefulness&quot; and new functions. Here, buildings of former trolleybus parks, factories or manufacturers get a second life after reconstruction. In the regions, this situation has not yet realistically changed everywhere, but gradually the trend towards renovation of useless architecture will start to develop there as well.”

The GEOLOG business center with architecture by Blank has received a compliance conclusion at the end of 2023. Now the object is being prepared for commissioning and future opening. It is already noticeable how harmoniously the architecture of the business center is woven into the surrounding landscape. The former manufacturing district on Obrucheva Street is becoming one of the business centers beyond the TTC, in the actively developing belt of the capital. The bright facades of GEOLOG echo the surroundings. A large area of glazing and the presence of a terrace at the height will provide the offices with a high view. And we continue working on the business center GEOLOG 2. Its architecture will be conceptually combined with the already built object, and the facades will be distinguished by a restrained color solution.

It formed the basis of the design concept that our company proposed for the fashion department store of Russian designers Hi-Light. Peach, orange and pink shades helped to emphasize the bright atmosphere corresponding to the modern fashion industry.Bright accents are set with the help of equipment and furniture, partly designed especially for the project by CORE objects brand. The floor and wall finishes, on the other hand, are finished in calm white and gray shades, providing an ideal base for each tenant to showcase their individuality. We are sharing photos of our realized lobby project for three buildings of the Seliger City residential complex: Bryullov, Repin and Bering.The concept proposed by Blank for the residential quarter was called &quot;Great Artists and Discoverers&quot;.In order for each interior to have its own unique features, we used reproductions of the most famous paintings by artists Ilya Repin and Karl Bryullov, and for the building named in honor of explorer Vitus Bering, we used characteristic patterns of northern latitudes in the choice of lighting and wall decoration.In addition to lounge and reception areas, there is a postal area and elevator lobbies, the design of which is also unique for each lobby.The main task of lobby interiors is to set the mood for its residents and give them the opportunity to spend time in public spaces with comfort and interest.Photo: Vlad Feoktistov

The concept created by our company is based on the harmony of interior design and the natural environment of the project.&quot;Kuzminki Mall&quot; is located next to a large-scale landscape park, and this could not but affect the color scheme and solutions of the project.We used stone and wood textures in the interiors in order to create a combination of the object and the context. In the color palette we adhered to a laconic palette, placing bright accents point by point and with the help of natural colors. Warm daylight will support a calm atmosphere.The zoning of the project is done not only with the help of color, but also through landscaping: we chose original solutions for different zones, from dried flowers and cachepots with greenery to a real technological garden in the food court.

Blank Company developed the architecture, interior and landscape solution for the territory of TWEED shopping center in Ivanteevka.The project was inspired by industrial architecture: red brick of factories and plants, wide arched openings, recognizable patterns. Red brick facades outside and large light spaces inside: this is how we created TWEED, complementing the neutral white background of shopping galleries with accents of black metal and light wood.Having correctly zoned the food court in the shopping gallery, we provided a comfortable stay for large companies and families with children. And the combination of soft seating areas and bar seating allows visitors to choose a comfortable option for themselves.Active works are underway in the shopping center: the facility is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2024.
