About the project
We designed the interiors for common areas, parking, and public spaces in the Level Yuzhnoportovaya comfort-class residential complex by Level Group. The quarter is being built on South Portovaya Street in the Pechatniki district, near the Kozhukhovskoye Backwater, which influenced the interior concept inspired by coastal project styles.
The public spaces immerse visitors in a soothing riverbank atmosphere. The textures and palette of the sandy shore became the main inspiration for the design. The textures of the walls, floor coverings, and ceiling with increased height flow into one another. Textured wall surfaces coexist with the smooth glass of furniture and decor, while the future fireplace brings warmth and comfort to the interior. The finishes include porcelain stoneware, architectural concrete, and decorative elements with brass. The contrast is provided by the cool shades of metal, symbolizing water, which meets warm sand and river stones on the shore. In the lobby design, we used muted natural tones typical of our region, as well as paid attention to the mix of various surfaces, from concrete to smooth metal. Art objects in the form of stones and dried flowers help place minimalistic accents in the open and spacious area. In addition to the lobby and elevator hall interiors, we also developed the concept for the underground parking design. It s finish is done in a monochrome color scheme, using navigation elements in the developer's and project's corporate style.
