One of our most beloved projects, Obydensky No. 1, is entering its final stage of completion

According to Sminex, the architectural façade lighting has already been adjusted, while the chandelier has been installed in the lobby and furniture placement is now underway.

This is always an interesting moment in a project’s life. It is when individual decisions that have long existed in drawings, visualizations, and the working process begin to come together as a coherent whole. Little by little, not only the building itself becomes visible, but also its character - in the light, in the scale, and in the atmosphere of the entrance spaces. We are looking forward to its completion.
