Luchi resort cluster's architecture, created by BLANK, has been mentioned as the best large-scale resort at the prestigious URBAN 2025 award! The complex received top honors in the large-scale resorts category.

The URBAN award is one of the most prominent awards in the industry, celebrating architectural and development projects that set new benchmarks for the market. This year's edition was held under the theme «Entering the blue ocean» symbolizing the pursuit of new values and meanings.

For the Luchi complex, we designed a unique facade architecture and a comprehensive landscaping concept on a grand scale.
